A place to discuss food and workouts
I created this site so I can post healthy foods and workouts. My main goal is to keep a log of what I am eating and how I’m working out, what workouts I’m doing each day, how frequently I’m doing them, and a place where I can check back on my history of food and workouts.
I’m also hoping this site can serve as a place where I can share this with friends and family - and hopefully inspire others to eat better and improve their fitness.
